Sattva 25–26, the Annual Day of SBOA Public Senior Secondary School

Sattva 25–26, the Annual Day of SBOA Public Senior Secondary School, was celebrated on 4th December 2025 with great splendour. The school welcomed Dr. M. C. Dilip Kumar, former Vice-Chancellor of Shri Shankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Satish Bino, DIG of Police, Ernakulam Range, as the esteemed Alumni Guest.

The occasion was further graced by dignitaries: Shri A. Senthil Ramesh, Secretary and Correspondent, SBIOA Educational Trust, Chennai; Shri Lazer Jeyprakash, Associate Secretary, SBIOA Educational Trust, Chennai; Shri Prakash S, Treasurer, SBIOA Educational Trust, Chennai; Shri Anbarasu R., Correspondent, SBIOA Model School, Chennai; Shri Praveen C., Correspondent, SBOA Public Senior Secondary School, Ernakulam; and Smt. Vimala Devi, Management Committee Member, SBIOA Educational Trust.

Principal Smt. Sonia Susan Varkey welcomed the guests, with H.M. Smt. Priya Menon and A.H.M. Smt. Treasa T. Biju contributing to the coordination. Ms. Jemy Maria Prem, Best Outgoing Student 25–26, received her trophy from Shri A. Senthil Ramesh. Board toppers Ms. Ananya Mohan (SSE 24–25) and Rudra Raj (SSCE 24–25) were honoured, with Ms. Rudra also receiving Rs. 25,000 from PTA President Shri Prem Kumar. PTA awards, Academic Proficiency awards, Board Exam A1 Listers, Centum holders, and Subject Toppers of 24–25 were also felicitated.

Cultural programmes by students of LKG–IX and XI showcased vibrant talent, with opportunities provided to almost all who wished to perform. The presentations under the banner “Sattva 25–26” captivated the audience. All dignitaries appreciated the enthusiastic participation and the efforts of the teachers and staff, making Sattva 25–26 a memorable celebration of tradition, pride, and youthful energy.
