Students should report to school at 8:00 a.m. on the first day of the examination. On all other days, if needed, they can report directly to Chinmaya Vidyalaya Vaduthala at 9:00 a.m.
School bus facility is available on all examination days in the morning from the school and also back to school after the exam.
Students should come in full uniform and wear their regular uniform on all exam days. ID card is compulsory.
Students should carry all essential stationery in a transparent pouch along with their hall ticket on all examination days.

Reporting time: 8:00 a.m. at SBOA or 8:30 a.m. at Chinmaya
Frisking time: 9:00 a.m.
Hall entry time: 9:15 a.m.
Hall ticket checking: 9:30 a.m.
Filling of OMR: 10:00 a.m.
Cooling time (Reading question paper): 10:15 a.m.
Examination time (writing time): 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
