The school is managed by State Bank Of India Officers' Association ( S.B.I.O.A) Educational Trust, promoted by Chennai Circle of S.B.I.O.A and registered under the Societies Registration Act XXVII of 1975 as a Charitable Trust with the Income Tax Department.

Mission

The school imparts an all round education so as to inculcate in the pupils social, moral and aesthetic values based on the Indian culture and heritage besides their intellectual and physical development.
